So many women these days spend so much time on beautifying their physical appearance. Not much is given to how they feel on the inside.
We tend to ignore or overlook this, but no matter what you do, you still have to live with you. That's why, it’s important to know - that the essence of really being '' beautiful''. Is planted on a combination of both ''Internal and External beauty''.
Where the '' Internal controls the external, like the solid foundation of a house.

And so '' Internal Beauty''
is grounded on '' Self Love''. How do you treat yourself on a daily basis?
Are you being kind to your Mind, Body and Soul?  Self-love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness.

It also means taking care of your needs. And not sacrificing your well-being to please others. It means not settling for less than you deserve.
Often times we engage in all manner of negative self talk.
Overthink and sometimes abuse our bodies thru bad decisions. These things do affect our mental and physical health, relationships and careers.
So here are some suggestions on how to start the real mojo of loving you:
1. Affirmations:
Our thoughts reflects who we are -  our emotions, our behaviours and our success in life. *Start having some positive self talks. Low down the volume of negative bashing in your own head.
You must be your own biggest Fan, no matter the fire balls life hurls at you. * Be sweet to yourself - by journalling the little things you attain and for things you’re grateful for.
2. Do Nice Things:

Celebrate your life by engaging in hobbies you enjoy. Life will be dull without play. Also remember to get good quality sleep and exercise.
5. Feel:
